This page will contain the minutes of the BIA's last executive committee meeting, along with the agenda of the upcoming meeting a few days prior to said meeting. Meetings are held every first Thursday of the month.

1		Opening - Agenda.
2		Report of the meeting held on December 11th, 2003.
3		Correspondance. - Visit from Mr. Joseph Lalonde; construction of Christmas decorations:  Info.
4		Ice Monument Contest during the Hearst Winter Carnival. - After discussion, it was decided to go ahead with this project and create a special committee and invite one representative of each the following groups: CINN Radio, Hearst High School, Chamber of Commerce and Recreation Department. - Prop. by: C. Fortin, Supp. by: L. Charlebois: To give $500 in Downtown coupons in prizes for the best sculptures/monuments during the contest organised during the Hearst Winter Carnival.  CARRIED
5		2004 Christmas Decorations. - This item was deferred to the next meeting.
6		Priorities 2004. - The Secretary explains that he changed the work in progress and annual activities lists in order to show current projects underway.  Members consulted these lists and accepted projects as listed.  No priorities have been established.
7		Delegation Julie Larose. - Mrs. Larose was unable to attend the meeting.
8		Web Page Hits. - Report as of January 6th, 2004: 14,288 "hits" (13,798 on Dec. 11th) = 490 "hits".
9		Other subjects. - Nil.
