- The
list of cheques issued between January 1st and February 29th, 2008 for
a total amount of $4,511.14 as well as financial statements as of February

Meeting
for the 2008 Budget.
- Diane
informed members that the 2008 Budget had to be submitted to the municipality
on March 7th at the latest. Members revised the budget and made some
small changes. Mike will discuss the final budget with Thérèse
before it is submitted to the municipality. |

2008
OBIAA Conference.
- Diane
informed members that the admission fees for the 2008 OBIAA Conference
have to be paid before March 7th, otherwise the fees will be higher.
Members interested in attending should give their final confirmation before
this Thursday |

2008 Annual Meeting.
- The 2008 Annual Meeting will
be held on May 8th. Suggestions for guests speakers will be brought
forward at the next meeting. |

Benches.
- Diane has yet to receive
information from the company on the kind of wood available. |

Flowers on Street Lights.
- Diane informed members that
they have to decide now what kind of flowers they want to put up on the
street lights this year if they want to change from last year. Members
found that the flowers last year were beautiful and want to keep the same.
Diane will request a quote from Mrs. Vendette for the same kind and quantity
as last year as well as for maintaining them. She will also request
a quote from Pelouse Cantin for tree maintenance. |
