meeting. Meetings are held every first Thursday of the month.

Sale
of souvenirs and other items related to the Moose Festival.

other items for the Moose Festival by the BIA as stated on the attachment,
be approved and that a permanent sale kiosk during the summer be established
at CommunicAction at 810 George Street. ADOPTED. |

Development
of a Welcoming Site north of Hwy 11.
- The
President informed members that he sent a letter to Hearst Mayor concerning
this item. Mayor has agreed that there should be a meeting with parties
concerned regarding this subject. He suggested that a meeting be
scheduled upon the return of the Town Administrator (next week). |

Storage
of Christmas decorations.
- Gérald
Gaudreau stated that the only thing remaining to do was to hang hooks on
the wall at the airport hangar. This should be finalized during the
weekend of April 12 and 13, 2003. |

2002
Financial Statements.
- The
Secretary presented the 2002 Financial Statements which have been given
to the accountant for auditing. This statement shows a deficit of
$1,849.51 for 2002. This deficit can be financed by a loan with the
Municipality, as it was previously agreed with them. |

2003
Annual Meeting Theme.
- The theme for this year's annual
meeting will be: «The economic and tourist development; Downtown
perspective». Mr. Robert Manseau, (CMG) consultant hired by
the Municipality to establish a strategic plan on economic development
and Mrs. Nicole Guertin, of Destination Nord, will be the guest speakers
during the annual meeting and they will make a 15 to 20 minutes presentation
on this year's theme. Subject to guest speakers availability, meeting
will be held on Wednesday May 7th, 2003, at the Companion Restaurant big
meeting room. |

Quotations
for flowers (and maintenance) Downtown.
- Rosanne Gratton presented quotations
received from la Maison Verte and Mrs. Alice Vandette. Mrs. Vandette
submitted the lowest quote. Mrs. Vandette also offers maintenance
services for the summer including daily watering, fertilizer and pruning.

Vandette for 20 flower pots (Petunias) to be hanged on street lamps in
the Downtown area, including maintenance for the summer season (June to
