Thérèse
explained the 2009 Financial Statements. Members think that
it would be a good idea to invite a representant of Collins
Barrow to the annual meeting to explain this report to other
members. |

à Bob" portable stage. -
Thérèse
explained that the BIA can make a donation of $1,000 towards
the purchase of a portable stage for "La Gang à
Bob". |

BIA web site. -
Members present
like the new design for the BIA web site. Mike proposed
to discuss this at the annual meeting to obtain feedback
from other members. |

New banners
and billboards. -
Thérèse
presented some examples of banner designs for downtown.
Members voted for the banner with the sunflower. |

Annual
meeting. -
After discussion,
members decided to hold the annual meeting on June 16, 2010.
Mike will call Janice Newsome to inquire if she can attend
to discuss of the Front Street Improvement Plan. |

will maintain trees downtown again this year. Approved unanimously.

Letter from
Roseanne Gratton: Mrs. Gratton sent a letter to the
Municipality to voice her concerns regarding the handicapped
parking in front of her building. |

Subjects. -
Mike
informed members that there will be a public meeting on
June 1, 2010 concerning the installation of cameras downtown.
- Members requested that Mrs. Vendette be asked to provide
bigger flower baskets for downtown street lights next year. |
