Meetings

This page will contain the minutes of the BIA's last executive committee meeting, along with the agenda of the upcoming meeting a few days prior to said meeting. Meetings are held every first Thursday of the month.

3		Correspondence. - CINN Radio:  2002 Radiothon and request for pledge, Info.  Filed. - OBIAA (provincial association): New web page, Info.  Filed.
4		Pecuniary interest. - Nil.
5		Revenues and Expenses statement. - Info.
6		Radio Show on Current Affairs and BIA Participation. - Mike Wilson will be the speaker representing the BIA.  Other members could be asked to participate.
7		Flyer for rooms of the 4 motels. - The flyer will be redone with a list of entreprises.
8		Ad in Chamber of Commerce Touristic Brochure ($600). - Offer accepted.
9		Welcome Card Politics. - A draft of the card will be done and presented to the President for approbation.  The card would be sent to every new entreprise of the BIA area.
10		Northern Store. - Info.
11		Sponsoring; Bingo Ball - CINN ($50). - The BIA will sponsor a ball.
