This page will contain the minutes of the BIA's last executive committee meeting, along with the agenda of the upcoming meeting a few days prior to said meeting. Meetings are held every first Thursday of the month.

The last BIA executive's monthly meeting was held on October 3rd, 2002. Here are the subjects discussed:

1		Opening. - Approved.
2		Meeting Report. - None.
3		Correspondence. - None.
4		Pecuniary interest. - None.
5		2002 BIA Budget. - The final version of the 2002 Budget will be presented to the Municipal Council on November 5, 2002.
6		Christmas Decorations: Current Expenses and Proposed Additional Expenses. - Update by Gérald Gaudreau.
7		Santa Claus Express 2002 (December 1st, 10:00 to 12:30). - The Santa Claus Express Committee, chaired by Rosanne Gratton, will meet in November.
8		Christmas Promotion (Budget 2002: $2,500). - The Secretary will prepare a calendar of activities for December: Midnight Madness (Dec. 6), Santa Claus Express (Dec. 1st), Santa Claus at the Library (Dec. 15, with draw of $500).  For the $500 draw, Mike Wilson will ask Nord-Est Printing for the price of 10, 20 and 30,000 tickets with the BIA logo.  He will also try to find a Christmas choral for the Midnight Madness night.  He will also ask Aldé Collin to do Santa again this year.
