Santa
Claus' Express.
- Colette
reported that, during the Santa Claus Express, everything went well, except
that she would suggest that, for future years, children's gifts be all
the same. Gifts should also be more durable and maybe new gifts purchased.
The organization was perfect. More than 400 children and 20 volunteers
boarded the train. Mike suggested to send a thank you letter to all
people involved in the Santa Claus Express. Thérèse
said that this was the responsibility of the Chamber of Commerce and that
she will call Renée Veilleux to remind her. |

a draw each at their respective store during the Appreciation Weekend.
-
A thank you letter will be sent to the Hearst High School choral for their
devotion at entertaining the community during the Midnight Magic, and another
letter to Santa's impersonator for that night. |
