Other.

- Marcel Dillon - Pitch-In Campaign: Diane has still to confirm with Gérald Gaudreau and Sylvie Mousseau if they will be present at the meeting on April 10, 2008, at the recreational center at noon.

- Santa Claus Express: A profit of $407.00 was generated with the Santa Claus Express in 2007.  Shana will ask their new employee, Cindy, what they should do with this amount.

- Benches: Gérald asked information about the new benches that were supposed to be ordered.  Diane reported that they were ordered, but that the company said that they were having difficulty with the kind of wood requested.  Diane will follow up on this.

- Community Police Committee: (cameras downtown) - Mike reported that, during the last meeting of the Community Police Committee, members were all in favor of installing cameras downtown.  The following comments were received during the meeting: cameras are a good thing for seniors that are afraid to walk downtown, because they are often given rough times; they have to be used for a precise reason and not continuously monitored on the web site; they have to be used only for the identification of culprits.  BIA members are also in favor of installing cameras downtown.

11
Adjournment and next meeting.

- Next meeting: First week of May 2008 at the Companion.
- A special meeting for the Summer Festival will be held on April 21.
- The meeting was adjourned at 8:52 a.m..  Prop. by: Patricia M. Carrier, Supp. by: Sylvie M.  CARRIED
